Exchange Policy

 

  • Items can only be exchanged if defective or due to receipt of wrong design/colour.
  • By Harmoni only offers exchanges, no refunds.
  • Exchange can be made for products of equivalent or lower value. For products with higher value, the difference in price would need to be paid.
  • In the unfortunate circumstance where you think you have received a defective or wrong product, please email us at customerservice@byharmoni.com or DM us on Instagram @byharmoni.
  • Exchange request has to be made within 3 days of receiving items.
  • Item has to be in unused and unwashed condition.
  • Exchange request should include your order number and details of the defective or wrong product.
  • Once By Harmoni has acknowledged the exchange request,the product would need to be delivered back to us to be inspected. By Harmoni will not bear any delivery cost incurred.
  • Upon inspection, if the product is deemed defective, By Harmoni will proceed with mailing out the replacement.
  • Alternatively, you may exchange instore at 43 Bussorah Street.
